This artist doesn't draw or paint his images, he is a photographer, what draws me into his works is his double and triple exposure photographs.
They are a work of art in themselves, he takes photos of people and used a method called double exposure to take an overlayed photo of a piece of artwork or nature, he uses a range of pieces that in some way relate to the person in the image, or to create a certain feeling in the photo.
I like that he sticks to black and white imagery, it has made me think about adding a variety of elements instead of sticking to the traditional use of graphite in my portraits, I don't use a camera that much but I would love to use this method to capture reference images that I would recreate in graphite.
At first I thought they were drawings because the proportions and composition of each photos is so in tune with the other. I love the creativity in his work and can't wait for him to produce more.
