I quite enjoy the sculptural works from Edrian Thomidis, she create such whimsical figurative characters from clay, she has a natural colour palette to each piece which I find quite relaxing and yet playful, I like the childlike innocence in each piece, the mix between animals and humans and how well each of these elements fit together.
She incorporates elements from her background of various art mediums including graphic design into her works which inspires me to take my varied knowledge of art subjects I have learnt from and to experiment with how I could work it into my art journey during this projects as well as in the future.
