After taking part in a life casting workshop at Sunderland university I instantly fell in love with not only the technique but the materials used, although completely aware of the FX industry and how they create their prosthetics, it never quite captured my attention the way taking part did.
As we only cast our hands in the workshop it got me thinking about the endless possibilities of creative ideas I could use this method for.
Looking more into the process I found Terry and was instantly hooked on his work, it gave me an idea on how I could use this technique to further my work on Body Dysmorphia and how it would be a work I could continue with long into the future.
